Vendors will Set up at:
The Clifton Forge Armory, 724 Commercial Ave., Clifton Forge, VA 24422.
Set up is 12PM-5PM on Friday March 20th and 8AM-10AM on Sat March 21st
PLEASE NOTE: If the show has to be cancelled due to inclement weather – the make updates will be announced later.
VENDOR & EXHIBITOR SHOW RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Authorized representatives must staff exhibit booth(s) during all show hours. Exhibitors/vendors are required to be at the show for the period when the show is open to the public.
- A non-staffed booth is totally at the risk of the exhibitor/vendor.
- Disruptive behavior of any kind behavior will not be tolerated at the GW Train Show. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event that causes any conflict.
- Exhibits may not exceed the booth area reserved by the exhibitor/vendor.
- It is the responsibility of vendor to obtain any license(s) to comply with any applicable local and or state regulations.
EXHIBITOR SETUP & TEAR DOWN POLICY
- Exhibitors/vendors may only move in or move out during the designated time periods. Exhibitors maynot set up their booth(s) after the show has opened. Exhibitors may not remove their product or teardown their booth(s) before the show closing.
- If an early departure becomes necessary due to an emergency, you must inform the event manager.
Space is limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Show fees are nonrefundable (unless event is cancelled) and C&O Historical Society Inc. reserves the right to refuse any vendor without reason.
