Climax No. 9 and The Moore Keppel Survivors
This book tells the story of Cass Climax geared locomotive No. 9, from the time it was built through its 20-year long restoration and return to service at Cass in 2019. It also includes a short history of the Moore, Keppel & Co. logging railroad, the original owners of the engines, and short histories of the other Moore, Keppel equipment that survives (a number of pieces of equipment, most of it still resident in W.Va.) 144 totals pages, 450 photos, including 62 pages and more than 307 photos of the restoration alone.
