Peake's Favorite Pin-Up Magnet
This magnet features vintage artwork “Peake’s favorite Pin-Up Girl” from the 1944 calendar Peake is pictured in his proud stance, regaled in World War II uniform and pack, while he looks adoringly at Chessie, his "best girl" whose picture is pinned to his barracks wall. The letter from Chessie's says it all and for everyone: "Dear Peake, we eagerly await your return from war, and here at home were doing everything we can to hasten that day."
