72 pages reprinted on 8 ½ x 11 paper. The C&O began producing diagram books with major dimensions, mechanical appliances, and other data. This is the earliest known diagram book for freight cars, which seems to date from about 1920. It does not seem to be entirely complete, but it does represent the earliest available mechanical diagram data for C&O freight equipment.
