C&O Camp Car Diagrams 1948
This 48-page booklet describes and shows floor plans and a painting/lettering diagram for
the company’s revised work train fleet. It seems that a complete overhaul of the fleet was
accomplished between 1948 and 1952, as documented by this booklet. Included are all types of work equipment from kitchen and bunk cars of boxcar style and ex-troop sleeper types, ex-passenger car equipment, and tool cars, views of consists, etc.
