The diagrams in this booklet are drawn to Advisory Mechanical Committee standards used by all the railroads under the Van Sweringen System in the 1920's and 1930's (C&O, NKP, PM, HV, Erie). Diagrams are reproduced full size. Updates by the railroad through 1936 have been incorporated. It includes tender assignment pages for each locomotive class, engine by engine.
