Includes just about anything anyone would ever want to know about how passenger trains and how various situations were handled by C&O passenger train personnel. The index itself is 9 pages long and is very interesting reading useful to modelers and historians. “The Rules and instructions appearing herein will govern in the collection, handling, disposition and accounting of ticket transportation, or its equivalent, and duties of Conductors and other train personnel on passenger trains and supersede all previous rules and instructions in conflict therewith.” The original was loose leaf to make revisions and updates possible and easy to install.
