CSX Power In Color Volume 1: Four Axle EMD's Inherited from Predecessor Companies
First in a series of books on CSX locomotives is this volume covering four-axle diesels built by EMD that were originally purchased by predecessor railroads that later became components of the CSX system. Photos show the units in many stages of their careers, and in many paint schemes, including shots of them as Chesapeake & Ohio, Baltimore & Ohio, Atlantic Coast Line, Louisville & Nashville, and other various original colors.
Note: Photos included this book show original locomotives paint schemes as delivered by EMD up to current CSX paint schemes of today.
